About Us

Nigel is a hospitality lifer who has a wealth of experience.

Working three years at Le Gavroche under Albert Roux alongside some of the UK best chefs from Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White and Rowley Leigh to name a few.

Jayne started a pastry chef at Hintelsham Hall where she met Nigel after traveling around the world together working in Hotels and restaurants cafes and bars.

Nigel and Jayne opened their first restaurant in 1991 at the age of 26. Slowly growing over the years to 4 restaurants in the group – all developed, designed and over seen by both Nigel and Jayne.
